Transition Town Maroondah Monthly Gathering

Bring and Share Meal at 6 pm.  Bronwen from Transition Town Mooky will  make a presentation on her worm farm in an old bath - yet another way to reduce waste and create fertiliser at the same time.

Ruth Bode will also present on some of her sustainability work at school, especially in terms of recycling, composting, worm farms and general waste reduction.

These two short presentations will be followed by discussion and planning for action we can take after the meeting.

Nellie Belperio from the Council will speak about  an exciting WASTE REDUCTION PROJECT at our April meeting - she has had to postpone this.
