Briefly, what interests you about the Transition Initiative?
It's clear that we can't continue to fuction effectively with a global reliance on fossil fuels... I am also VERY concerned about the corruption of our food suplies. I am doing my bit to reverse the urban 'food desert' trend we have been buying into over the last couple of decades. We can do better to be healthy, wealthy and wise.

Hi Mary,

Welcome, welcome! Great to see you made it. :)

Feel free to hop straight in on the Organic Backyards page, you can join an existing discussion or start one.

We have our December get together coming up too, at Allison's house (lives next door to Alice Tracey), this Sunday from 4-6pm. Would be lovely to see you there. We mostly just chat about what we're up to in our gardens and what our plans are etc.

Also we bring along any excess produce or seeds or plants to swap with other members, if we have them. And of course we bring something to share for afternoon tea. :)

You can RSVP and find more details on the EVENTS page (use the tabs at the top or click here: http://ttm.org.au/events/organic-backyards-out-east-4)

Otherwise I'll see you online,

Cheers,

Radhika
