- Briefly, what interests you about the Transition Initiative?
- I have been in the business of selling second hand commercial carpet and carpet tiles for over 18 years. In fact, I am what is known as an 'Accidental Hero'. I didn't think about the environment when I set up McMats business. I just thought it was stupid to send good quality products to landfill when they could be resalvaged and sold at a reasonable price to people who could think outside the square. The Transition Initiative is a good place to network with likeminded, smart individuals who are interested in making our planet a better place and people consciously aware of our mother earth.
